Beaver Creek Bed and Breakfast
Arriving by air
Beaver Creek Bed and Breakfast is located in Dillingham in the Bristol Bay area of Alaska. Dillingham lies 360 miles southwest of Anchorage, Alaska, which is about a one-hour, 15-minute trip by air. Alaska Airlines services the Dillingham (DLG) Airport. There are also charter flights out of Merrill Field in Anchorage that fly directly to Dillingham. Grant Air, located at the Dillingham Airport, flies to and from area villages, along with several other air taxis. There are no roads leading to Dillingham, but once you arrive, the community offers about 30 miles of paved roads and another 30 miles of gravel roads.

Getting from Airport to Beaver Creek Bed and Breakfast

We provide Airport Courtesy Shuttle service from the Dillingham (DLG) Airport. Inside the Alaska Airlines terminal (two small rooms), there are two courtesy phones in the boarding-area room. We operate three courtesy vehicles: two white vans seating 7 and 9 passengers, and one baby-blue minivan that seats 6.
Vehicle Rentals & Taxi
We also offer vehicle rentals, including 5-passenger cars and SUVs. Business travelers will find a rental vehicle the easiest way to get around, and summer visitors may also prefer the convenience of driving themselves. Taxis are available as well, though they charge per person in Dillingham.
Directions to the Main House, Caribou Cottage, and Birch Circle House
All three locations sit on 4 acres of property and are just short walks from each other.
- From the airport, take Airport Road, following the right fork where it intersects with Kanakanak Road.
- At the top of the first hill, turn right onto Aleknagik Lake Road.
- After approximately 2 miles, turn right onto Black Spruce Drive, immediately after the Dillingham Trinity Lutheran Church sign. You will also see a Big Beaver Creek sign at the turn.
- Go one block and turn right onto Birch Circle. A sign at the beginning of the driveway indicates you are at Beaver Creek Bed and Breakfast.
- Follow the driveway to the right and you will dead-end at the Main House.
- The Caribou Cottage is located at the beginning of the same driveway.
- The Birch Circle House is the driveway before the Main House turn-off—look for the sign.
